Appointment policy

All personel must come to appts alone no extra guests or children thank you for understanding.

PLEASE BE PUNCTIONAL

-before service please have phones off.

-in order to receive scalp massages please have hair, clean and readily accessible for massage.

Cancellation/Late Policy

Here at Ciman Aesthetics we know schedules can chanve but please be aware that free cancellation and or rescheduling is to be done 48 hrs ahead of time.

After 24 HRS you will incur a 50% FEE of your appointment.

RESCHEDULING must be made between within in 3 weeks of the time appt.

If you are over 15 minutes

late without letting us know you will be charged 70 % of service and considered a no-show. Our estheticians take time to bring customers results and time is of value and we take it very serious. Any future appts you book will be charged upfront the whole cost.

reschedule/Cancel 48 ahead= good standing
Cancel less than 24hr notice= 50% service fee
no notice given (NO SHOW)=50% service fee

minors will need to be accompanied by parents parents can either be in the room or not.

massages will not be conducted on minor clients minors are required to keep all clothing on necessary for appt.

parents need to fill out consent and agreement forms before appt.

Payment Policy

Here at Ciman Aesthetics a fee is required to make an appt with us fees are based on services chosen.

CIMAN AESTHETICS LLC accepts all major credit card and cash. Remaining payment is due upon conclusion of service.

There are no refunds on services performed.

Appointment availiabilty is subject to change by us, this is a one woman show so times and dates can change based on my schedule. Thank you for understanding!
